Olivia Rodrigo Talks ‘Guts’ in Lofty Christian Louboutin Movida Jane Platforms On ‘The Tonight Show’
Olivia Rodrigo appeared on an episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon which aired on Thursday on NBC. During her appearance on the show, Rodrigo spoke about ex mishaps, writing a song for the film “Hunger Games: Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes” and her album “Guts.” Later on in the show, Rodrigo and Fallon played the “Singing Whisper” challenge.
For the talk show, the “Vampire” singer sported a pair of platform heels from Christian Louboutin. The Movida Jane Mary Jane-inspired sky-high style featured black leather uppers that transitioned into almond-shaped toes, red bottoms and thin but sturdy straps that were threaded through silver buckle closures, securing the pair in place.
The designer footwear was situated atop lofty platform soles accompanied by 5 to 6-inch block heels that lifted the performer to new heights. The platform trend is beloved by many top stars, Rodrigo included. The height-boosting footwear is also easily accessible, given that many high and low-end brands have stocked platforms in the past. Some of the most popular platform styles often hail from brands like Versace, Aldo, Valentino and Sam Edelman, among others.
Accompanying her preppy footwear, Rodrigo was outfitted in a ShuShu Tong dress via the brand’s spring 2024 collection. The garment featured a black and blue floral print accompanied by black lace trim and spaghetti straps. Accessorizing her look, the musician sported a variety of silver jewelry accompanied by a light blue headband.
When it comes to shoes, the “Brutal” singer frequently wears pairs that complement her edgy style. Black leather boots by Dr. Martens, Naked Wolfe and Magda Butrym are some of her go-to styles, as well as sneakers by Vans and Converse.
Her off-duty footwear also includes chunky platform boots, brogues and slides by Miu Miu, Simon Miller and T.U.K. For more formal occasions, she can be seen in heeled styles by Giuseppe Zanotti, Nicholas Kirkwood, Nodaleto and other high-end brands.
