Joey King slipped into a pair of off-white slingback pumps from Miu Miu while posing on the red carpet of the 2025 Critics Choice Awards in Santa Monica, Calif.

For the event, the “Kissing Booth” actress opted for a pair of the brand’s Satin Sling-back 105mm pumps in the Weiss shade, which are characterized by their jewel-toned crystal embellished mid-foot strap and a sharply-pointed design in the upper. Additional detailing includes a slender heel, which itself is finished with a square design on the bottom. The heel is estimated to measure a little over 4 inches in height, and retails for $1,850.

Styled by Jared Eng, King paired her pumps with a strappy teal dress also from Miu Miu, which featured a sheer midriff supported by two slender teal straps. The skirt boasted a vintage design that included embroidered panels on each side, falling over her pumps in the front for a slight hidden shoe look. Keeping her accessories simple with the Tag Heuer Carrera Date 29mm Diamond watch and matching diamond stud earrings, her hair was styled away from her face, allowing her natural makeup look to shine through.

King typically goes for elegant shoe looks when it comes to upscale events and appearances. For the 2024 Cannes Film Festival last May, she was spotted in a pair of Gianvito Rossi‘s popular Crystelle embellished PVC sandals, which included a pointed peep-toe design with PVC panels, crystal-embellished straps that complimented her sky-blue sheer corseted gown, an adjustable buckle strap adorned with crystals and a skinny stiletto heel measuring over 4 inches high.

This followed an appearance at the Variety’s ‘Actors on Actors’ event in Los Angeles, where she wore a pair of black Naked Wolfe Daria Patent platform shoes. Those shoes were crafted in a minimalistic black pointed-toe design that accompanied her entire Dolce & Gabbana look, included a glossy appearance, and were finished with a thin ankle strap. King has been known over the years to showcase a range of timeless and sophisticated shoe styles in her latest public appearances.
